Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable products, including articles, guides, e-books, and other digital resources, are final and non-refundable. Once the digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Subscription Services

If you have purchased a subscription to our premium content or membership, please note the following:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at admin@hivito.xyz. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions may be canceled within 14 days of the initial purchase for a full refund. After the 14-day period, refunds will not be provided. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your annual subscription term.
