Payment Process

Enter Payment Details
Fill in the necessary payment information securely. If you are paying by card, make sure the information is correct and that your card is authorized for online payments.
Complete the Transaction
After entering your payment details, click the “Complete Payment” button. A confirmation email will be sent to admin@hivito.xyz upon successful payment.
Confirmation
After your payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation and a receipt via email, typically within 1-2 hours. If there are any issues, our support team will contact you directly.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds: Refund requests will be processed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team at admin@hivito.xyz within 7 days of purchase for any concerns regarding refunds.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be requested before the service has been rendered or the product has been delivered. We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests.
